How to brew the perfect Green tea
Over the years we have heard so many people say "I dont like Green tea, its bitter & tastes horrible".
It all comes down to how you brew it, how hot your water is & how fresh the tea is.
Pretty simple really.
Green tea likes to be brewed at around 70 degrees, anymore than that & the boiling water will scold the leaves & thats how you end up with that 'bitter' taste.
For a pot: Use a 450ml pot, add your cooled boiled water then add 2 teaspoons to your pot, brew for up to 2 mins.
